Here are some of my personal favorites:

best taco: a small stand off the beaten path near the convention center in Acapulco Mexico...I will have to show you where it is.

best pizza: da Michelle pizzeria trattoria. the eggplant pizza is "drop to your knees" amazing at Radda in Chianti www.chianti.doc.net Casa Bianca in Eagle Rock, California is a tie with Shakespeares Pizza in Columbia, Missouri.

best gelato: Gelateria Della Palma in Rome...via della Maddalena, 20/23 (100 flavors)... near the Pantheon.

Most flavorful dinner: Bradley Ogdens at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. wow!

Awe Inspiring walking architectural tour: Barcelona, Spain

Coolest hike: The five hour hike in late fall to the tea house and back at Lake Louise, British Columbia, Canada. If you take it to the base of the glacier wall and close your eyes, listen to the wind and pretend...you can be a mountain climber for just a little while.

Hottest hike: Trek anywhere in the Golden Triangle amongst the villages of Thailand in May and you'll drop 10 pounds and see your fair share of rice paddies. I loved it.

Greenest spot I have ever seen: Taking the helicopter tour of the wettest spot on earth over Kauaii, Hawaii. You can even see the Jurassic Park waterfall.

Most energetic city: New York City

Most romantic spot: Venice....Italy not California but you've got hippies, street performers and Jody Maroni's Sausages.

Cooking School: Cook Street School of Fine Cooking offers an accelerated Professional Food & Wine Career Program, recreational cooking and wine classes for students of all skill and experience levels.
